Planning obtained for £32million residential development in West London


Planning and Listed Building Consent has been granted, subject to a Section 106 Agreement being signed, for the redevelopment of the former Globetrotter Inn in Ravenscourt Park near Hammersmith, West London.

The £32m development will include 60 high-specification residences, comprising a mixture of apartments and new-build houses with basement car parking, together with six shared equity apartments.

The property was previously used as a hostel by joint venture partner Globetrotter Inns.
