We are a private company, not a fund. We are very flexible on how much we invest, how we structure our investments and how we realise them.
Our investments are versatile and can be structured using equity, convertible loan, or normal loan models – the important thing is that the investment is right for the business and its aspirations, whilst providing a good return and the security we need.
Our portfolio companies are supported by all our teams, be they real estate, marketing, management, finance, accounting, IT, HR, legal or tax. Giving full access to our network of trusted advisers, banks and industry contacts across the world.
