Launch of German shopping centre

At 19,000sq m, the centre is one of the largest properties in the Retail Property Investment Trust portfolio and includes 40 retail outlets and approximately 1,500sq m of commercial space over three floors. Construction started in October last year.
Tenants at the centre include Saturn, one of Germany’s leading electrical retailers, C&A and a supermarket together with a range of other retailers.
Dessau is located approximately 100km south of Berlin, near Leipzig.
