MARCOL’s portfolio company, FirstCare has rebranded as GoodShape.

If people are in good shape, then organisations will be in good shape too.

As pioneers in the field of employee wellbeing and productivity, GoodShape works with organisations of 1000+ employees, and has provided services to more than 200 major public and private sector clients including the NHS, Philips, Heathrow Express and Cordant.

GoodShape hold the UK’s biggest wellbeing database of over a billion data points, providing critical data and reliable insights to their clients for better informed decision making and to Government departments to inform policy.

MARCOL Health invested in the business to scale it within domestic and international markets, and through the aid of its Technology business Alltime continue to provide technological support for GoodShape’s proprietary digital infrastructure.
