Britannia Parks sells 17 sites to Turners Parks

Britannia Parks sold 17 sites to Turners Parks for £33.1m at the beginning of December. The sites comprise a total of 1430 units, with an annual rental income of £2.1m.

A joint venture with Frogmore, established in 2005, Britannia Parks had become the second largest residential park home operator in the UK. Michael Prideaux, Managing Director of Britannia Parks states: “The business continued to trade well, despite an incredibly difficult economic climate, and the sale to Turners Parks has produced an extremely satisfactory result for all parties.”

Two sites have been retained in Cornwall and Essex, Tregatillian Park and Braintree Park, comprising a total of 825 units.
