MARCOL acquires industrial trading estate near Birmingham


Waterfall Lane Trading Estate in the West Midlands has been acquired by MARCOL Industrial Investment LLP.
The site consists of 21 industrial units, but MARCOL’s interest is predominantly in ten of these units as the remaining 11 had previously been sold off on long leases. The ten units, totalling 14,416 sq m, are currently let to three tenants: AON, Truck-Lite and Brooks Motors. There are multiple plans for the site, including lease regears, disposals and a possible change of use to maximise values.
